At Coston Family Farms, we are a family-owned and operated farm specializing in a variety of agricultural products. Our focus includes beekeeping, honey production, pepper cultivation, and soon the creation of delicious sauces and seasonings. Our bees work the rolling land of Herald south of Carmi Illinois, where the hills are blessed with a large variety of nectar producing trees and wild flowers.  Our girls love tulip poplar, autumn olive, clover, virgin bower, willow, locust, elm, blackberry, thistle, goldenrod, sumac, boneset, dandelion, and all sorts of plants we aren’t even aware of.  This large variety of flora means one thing, our girls make fantastic honey.
